It’s cool to recycle!

August 27, 2010

Teenage Sep Cover

Here in the Teenage office, we do our part in saving the environment. For example, we always make sure we recycle our papers and we use both sides of the paper before dumping it into the recycling bin. Caring for the environment requires minimal effort, and in fact it could even save you money! Make sure you used up your notebook before you buy a new one. That will save you costs! Just think about it, with all the money that you saved you can buy yourself a brand new Tee!

Now here’s your chance to share with us how you care for the environment. Go to the Discussion Board: It’s cool to recycle at The Official Teenage Magazine Facebook Page and submit you recycling tips with us. Post it there and we may just feature it in Teenage magazine! Click here!

Remember to turn off the switch when you shut down your computer tonight. Teenage cares for the environment and you should too! =)

SingFest 2010

August 06, 2010

SingFest

SingFest 2010 is overrr! =(

This year’s SingFest started with a big bang with hot acts like Katy Perry, Orianthi and the babe-licious, WonderGirls! Sweet!! The K Pop girls really got the crowd up and dancing as they sang to hits like 2 Different Tears and Nobody! Oh my! They are super adorable! We (yup, all 10 of us from the office) went down to Fort Canning, braved the crowds, sang and danced our heart out! The last act for the night was Katy Perry who geared the crowd with her beach theme stage props. It was close to midnight but we have to give it to you Katy, you definitely brought the sunshine to the stage!

The 2nd day was hip hop all the way yo! The highlight had to be Lupe Fiasco when he got the crowd up and ready for Kanye West! The hip hop star came on stage dressed in a bright orange suit with a full-fledged band as he rapped all the way close to 1am yo! Awesome! We love you Kanye!

Finally, the night that all die-hard rocker fans have been waiting for! Acts like Ian Brown, The Vines, 30 Seconds to Mars (Jared Leto!!!) and the Smashing Pumpkins really rocked the final day of the festival! The energy was pumped all the way, heightened by screaming fans who was called onto the stage by 30 Seconds to Mars frontman, Jared Leto. –faints-

And that was just a summary of what went on during SingFest this year! To sum it up, it was, OH! SO! GREAT! If you have been following us closely on Facebook, you know what that means! Otherwise, check out The Official Teenage Magazine for pictures of the actual event itself!

We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did!

Peace out!! =D
